Staff Bio - christina j.

    Please meet Christina, one of CD Federal’s friendly Member Service Representatives. Christina was born in San Francisco, but grew up in Antioch. She currently lives in Brentwood and has been there for a year now.

    Christina’s first job was a Sales Associate at the Pittsburg Burlington Coat Factory when she was 16 years old.

    Christina was recently introduced to credit unions when she began employment with CD Federal. She comments, “Jennifer Irwin (CDFCU’s New Accounts Representative) told me the credit union was hiring and I turned my application in and a couple of weeks later I was called in for an interview. CD federal is actually my first encounter with a credit union. I used to always go through banks if I needed to fulfill any financial needs.”

    When asked to name her favorite thing about working for CD Federal, Christina responded, “My co workers. They all are very friendly and they create a fun and easy to learn environment.”

    Christina loves outdoor activities; like camping, hiking, snowboarding, skating (rollerblades or ice). She is into sports, but loves playing football. She also likes to read and eat!

    Something not many people know about Christina is that she is “a picture fanatic.”  She says, “I like being the photographer and instructing many poses to laugh at later.”

    Christina is a joy to be around and we know you’ll find her to be a very helpful Member Service Representative. Next time you are in the credit union, please take the time to greet Christina.
