Once you realize an item has been lost or stolen, please follow these
instructions immediately.
What to do if:
My Credit Card is Lost/Stolen:
Call 1-800-808-7230 to report the card lost or stolen.
My Debit Card is Lost/Stolen:
Call 1-800-322-4058 to report the card lost or stolen.
My Checks are Lost/Stolen:
Call
925-825-0900 to report the checks lost or stolen and place a stop on the
range of checks stolen to ensure they will not be able to clear your
account in the future.
My HomeBranch Passcode is Lost/Stolen:
Log in
to HomeBranch, click on the User Services Tab and click on the Change
Passcode link. Reset the passcode. If you are unable to log in with
your current passcode, please contact CD Federal at 925-825-0900.
We
recommend that you do not write your password down to avoid the password
being compromised. Please do not reveal your password to anyone that
you have not authorized to do transactions on your account.
