Home Branch Users: There is a Log In offered on the top right of the screen to immediately start accessing your accounts online, or

Home banking, also known as “Home Branch,” offers a great way to access your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Home Branch is free of charge and includes many great features, such as:

  • Account Balances
  • Account History
  • Transfers Between Accounts
  • External Transfers (to or from other Financial Institution share accounts to or from your CDFCU share account)
  • Mobile Banking
  • Print copies of checks
  • Reorder Checks
  • Place Stop Payment on Drafts
  • Request an Address Change
  • QuickBooks® - see below

      QuickBooks® Web Connect: This feature allows you to access your account history and download this information directly into your QuickBooks® software on your PC. Your downloaded transactions will be reconciled against any transactions already entered in your account register. QuickBooks® WebConnect also automatically matches any transactions you have already entered in your register to eliminate duplicate download entries.

Intuit officially offers WebConnect support for the most current version of QuickBooks
® plus the two previous versions. The file format has the extension ".qbo".

For specific download instructions:

 

      1.      Click the accounts tab. The Account Summary screen appears.

 

2.      In the Make a Selection column, click the account's history link. The History screen appears.

 

3.      Click the ? Help icon towards the bottom of the page under the Download Format area for detailed Download instructions.

Free E-Statements Are

Available on Home Branch

 

View your CD Federal monthly account statement when you log into Home Branch...Simply click on the Statement link next to your primary share account to take a look at it.

 

E-Statement Benefits:

 

Fast

Your statement will be available to view on Home Branch by the 1st business day of each month!

 

Convenient

Just click and view! An archive of your E-Statements will be kept in Home Branch for up to 3 months. You can even save your E-Statements to your hard drive or burn them to disk!

 

Secure

An access ID and passcode are required to log into Home Branch before viewing your statement. Plus, you reduce your chances of mail fraud if you choose to discontinue your paper statement mailing (see below).

 

Easy Record Management

No more filing papers!  Opt in to receive only E-Statements and discontinue your paper statement from coming in the mail each month.  Just click on the Electronic Only Statement Delivery button on the Statement page.

(Note: if you do not opt in, you will receive E-Statements through Home Branch and a paper statement by mail every month.)

 

Sign Up for E-Statements Today:

 

Home Branch Users:

1. Log in to Home Branch.

    Click on the User Services tab (at the top  left of the screen.)

2. Click on E-Statements Only (Under Manage Accounts).

3. Scroll to the bottom and click on the button that says

     “Would you like to receive your account statement in an electronic

      format only?” 

4. Read the agreement and scroll to the bottom to accept it.

5. Select Submit for all accounts.

6. Congratulations! You have now successfully set up E-Statements

    through Home Branch.

 

 

Non-Home Branch Users:

 Click here to register for Home Branch

and set up E-Statements.
